This ministry creates an atmosphere for motivating Christians to become effective church workers. The program seeks to establish a church learning environment that stimulates and enhances knowledge of, interpretation of, living and doing the Word…thus promoting Christian growth, development, and service.

Education is vital part of any Christian’s life – especially new ones! We encourage you to become involved in a regular Bible Study program.  Flipper Temple AME  Church offers two excellent opportunities to do this – Church School and Bible Study. The Steward Board constitute the Pastor’s cabinet, and therefore they are an important factor in the running machinery of the church. Stewards are the spiritual officers in the church, charged in part with temporal responsibilities; they serve three tables – the table of the Lord, the table of the Minister, and the table of the Poor.

Members organize and train the lay members of the A.M.E. Church, so that each member may utilize to the maximum the abilities and skills granted by God, in assisting with the improvement and extension of God’s kingdom, and creating happiness, peace and harmony among its members.  For more information contact Sis.
